Do I need a referral to book?

No referral is needed. Most clients come to me directly. If you're already working with a GP or specialist, I'm happy to coordinate with them where appropriate and with your consent.

Where are consultations held?

Consultations take place in a private setting in London, or securely via video for clients elsewhere in the UK and abroad. In-person and remote care are equally effective.

How long is a typical consultation?

An initial consultation lasts 90 minutes. Follow-ups are usually 45–60 minutes. I do not rush appointments — the time you book is genuinely yours.
